Service Description
Children's parties, they can be a nightmare to plan, can't they! Not here! Here we have everything under control. Your party will be held in our upstairs private hire room. This is suitable for up to 12 crafters. We do ask for a minimum of 8 for a party booking. Arrive 30 minutes before the party to decorate the room, bring and set up your own party food and get ready for your guests to arrive! For the first hour of your party you can choose pottery painting or glass fusing (10+) we will then clear up and allow you to have full use of the room for your party food, cake, and light party games. We then have a 30 minute after party time to allow us to clear down and help navigate the guests back to their parents downstairs. Due to size restraints we do limit the amount of adult helpers to 2 in addition to the parents of the party child. A member of staff will be dedicated to your party to assist. What your party includes: Choice of ceramic to paint 1 each from either party animals range or mugs or Glass fusing decoration shape (tac fuse) or coaster 1 each (full fuse) for ages 10+ 30 minute set up time bring your own decorations party food table music speaker celebration keepsake plate refillable squash When opting for a private party the price is £20 for the party hire, plus a per person charge of: pottery animals £12 Pottery mugs £16 Glass £18 On booking you will be asked to pay the party hire (£20) to secure your booking, the rest is payable on the day. Please add as many details as possible to your booking request, we will then confirm with you if the time and date requested is available. Unfortunately we cannot mix ceramic painting and glass.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your appointment please notify us at your earliest convenience. Your deposit will be retained if you cancel within 48 hours or don't show for your appointment. We appreciate all our customers that give us the possibility to re book an unwanted table.
